David Mor

David Mor serves as president of Bossage Homes, providing executive management and overseeing operations for the company’s vertical construction projects.

Bossage Homes delivers assets of varying types in markets including planning, design, projects entitlements, residential apartments, custom homes, major renovations, small lot subdivision, mixed-use, offices, and commercial across South California.

Prior to the establishment of Bossage Homes, David served as the chief executive officer of Keter Construction & Development, Inc where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, including overall client satisfaction as well as the safety, quality, and timely completion of all projects.

In addition David is responsible for setting the strategic priorities for Bossage Homes and its subsidiary and affiliate companies, which includes Keter Construction & Development, Cedurs Design & Cella Builders.

Since 2004, David has provided leadership on some of the LA County notable projects, including: Hollywood 10, the Spec Home 507,  Stockton Residence, the Grand Beach Residence, and Walnut Ave Residence.

Adi B. Yaacov

Adi is a member of Bossage Homes Board of Managers, Adi also serves as the president of the SYHA Estate, a privately-held company engaged in Financing, Real estate, construction, and asset management.

Adi previously served as the chief administrative officer for Keter Construction & Development where she oversaw human resources, corporate communications, corporate philanthropy, community relations, and office services.

In Addition, Adi oversees the company’s financial functions, financial planning and analysis, shared services, cost engineering, operational finance and compliance, and strategic purchasing functions.

Jack Phillips

Jack Phillips has been with Bossage Homes for 15 years. After two consecutive summer internships with Bossage, Bossage was offered a full-time position in 2010 and has progressed through the ranks and is a cornerstone partner of our home design team.

Throughout his time at Bosaage, Jack has overseen a variety of unique and challenging projects, specializing in the multi-family, historical homes and sub division projects. Jack is well-respected by partners and clients alike, and his ability to drive and implement innovation makes him stand out as a strategic leader in the industry. Ambitious in his approach and supportive of change and development, Jack is a key participant in Bosaage Homes leadership future.

Rafael Santiago Dieppa

Rafael is the mastermind behind Bossage Homes architecture work as well as structural engineering. A multi-faceted architect with over 25 years of experience working on residential and commercial projects at many scales, he specializes in utilizing digital rendering and modeling as a way to develop, test and bring design ideas to life. Rafael’s unique process of including many visualization tools is vital to bossage Homes vision and business development.

Rafael promotes extraordinary architecture by leading the collaborative design process among client, project and home design team. Through this process, Rafael contributes to specific aspects of the physical design; he may develop the concept, execute a key detail, establish a form, frame a design position, or influence a critical part of the architecture.

Michael Holt

Michael Holt

As General Superintendent, Michael oversees and supports field operations at Bossage Homes. Michael grew up working on construction sites from a young age; from a laborer to a carpenter’s apprentice.  Michael sees his role as one of setting up the proper team for a job, removing obstacles, and making sure that Bossage Homes design team and crews get the support they need to be effective.

Accounts manager and Bookkeeping

Jane Gica

I’m dealing with numbers,” say’s accounts manager and bookkeeper  Jane Gica. After graduating from National University with a business and accounting degree, she went to work for an accounting firm in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Before long, took a position with Prezioso Emdad LLC before joining Bossage Homes as an assistant accounts controller.  Jane’s strong accounting background helps Bossage homes prepare a thoughtful financial plan for every project, enabling the onsite team to make important decisions which is a major factor and ultimately leads to a successful construction project.
