This townhome is of the highest quality & elegance using warm wood floors, steel windows, steel doors, and classic tiles.  We built a number of townhome-style design builds before working on this home. Listening to the feedback from each client, we designed this townhome according to their desires and needs. This build actually started below grade-level;  at the parking level we equipped an in-home office or gym with its own bathroom.

The main entrance to the townhome led to the main floor which offered light-infused open space of kitchen, dining and living space.

Main level offers an open space inviting you to cozy up by the fireplace or relax at your balcony. An attached 2-car enclosed garage makes the journey from work to home a breeze.

On this main level, a black steel glass wall opens up to a balcony with a tall green hedge providing greenery and privacy. The living room, equipped with a beautiful linear fireplace, is a warm, restful space to enjoy.

The Kitchen was designed in 2 main colors to reduce the mass of the upper cabinetry combined with champagne appliances and a floating counter creating a feeling of a luxury throughout.  Italian faucets accents the kitchen beautifully.

Black steel elements were used throughout the townhome and added a modern architectural element as well as a security railing for the staircase.

The bedrooms were each completed with custom built-in closets that provided a rich element as well as practical storage space, the large steel windows were dressed with hotel-style vintage sheer curtains and compliment the wood warm flooring. These rooms, filled with natural light, have an expansive feel. An upstairs laundry was built on the 2nd floor for added convenience.

In the bathrooms, Boho Chic style tiles were chosen to continue the vintage-modern feel combined with gold plumbing fixtures, black grout, and tile edge that flows seemly with the steel windows and doors of this beautiful townhome.

Topped with a gorgeous rooftop deck covered with epoxy gravel for the flooring offering stunning views. The enormous rooftop deck includes  BBQ ready with natural gas line & electric cables to connect a projector providing the perfect spot to unwind and take in the sunsets surrounded by breathtaking views and the Hollywood sign.
